Meghan Massey, 36

In 2006, Meghan Massey started working at Shasta Pools. Initially she expedited work order schedules, but soon became a warranty coordinator, introducing her to key industry players like Jandy, Pentair and Hayward.

After meeting Daryl Brown, Massey joined his team at Aussie Electric, taking on managerial duties and hands-on fieldwork. After nine years, she moved to X-Pools, broadening her experience in customer service, work order management, troubleshooting and accounting.

When X-Pools merged with National Pool Partners, Massey became the office manager for Aquaman Pools East. Working alongside leaders like Mike McDonough and Tyler Rasmussen deepened her knowledge of the pool industry. She also attributes her growth to Kyle Davidson, the general manager, who continually supports her professional development.

Her favorite aspect of the industry is the relationships she has cultivated over 17 years. She is passionate about encouraging more women to join this traditionally male-dominated industry.

“There are so many options to pursue in this field,” she says. “I would like to leave my mark as an example to all future candidates that the pool industry is vast and there are so many areas of growth to take advantage of.”
