Alicia Stephens Wins Trainer of the Year Award

BioLab congratulates its longtime employee, Alicia Stephens, on being awarded Trainer of the Year at the 2023 Pool Nation Awards.

After starting as temporary employee in 2000, Stephens joined BioLab full-time with the customer care group before moving on to the technical services team. In 2006, Stephens became the education manager for BioLab and has focused her efforts on the education and training of both internal and external employees.

Currently, Stephens is the director of training and education for the BioLab pro dealer division. She is responsible for developing a training curriculum to meet the needs of the pro dealer division and driving it toward success.
