is the co-owner and head of renovation at Manning Pool Service in Houston. As second-generation owners of MPS, Manning and his brother David grew up in the industry. Manning spent four years in the Marines after high school before joining MPS full time, working his way up to repair manager. In 2020, Jeffrey Manning Sr. retired and the brothers, along with David’s wife Ana, took over. Today, MPS has 34 employees and recently moved to its own 2-acre location after renting space for eight years. MPS reached $4.5 million in revenue in 2021.
