CoverSafe Announces Mergers with AquaSafe Pool Covers and Rocky Mountain Pool Covers
CoverSafe, a national automatic pool cover distributor and installation team, announced mergers with Georgia-based AquaSafe Pool Covers and Utah-based Rocky Mountain Pool Covers.
The merger with AquaSafe Pool Covers will provide a fully stocked 4,000-square-foot facility in Doraville, Georgia, which will allow for shorter maintenance and installation response times.
The Rocky Mountain Pool Covers field team will join the CoverSafe team, with Jacob Sowards managing field operations as the regional leader. The teams will work out of CoverSafe’s 10,000-square-foot facility in Salt Lake City. The existing Rocky Mountain Pool Covers location and team in St. George, Utah, will also become part of CoverSafe.
CoverSafe operates out of 19 service centers on the East Coast, Midwest and Western U.S., offering services such as annual maintenance, emergency Saturday service, repairs of all automatic pool cover brands and dedicated support teams for year-round assistance.
