Franklin Electric Announces 2023 Recipients for Outstanding Achievement

Franklin Electric Co., a leader in the production and marketing of systems and components for the movement of water and energy, recently recognized several employees for their outstanding achievements toward business goals and customer satisfaction in 2023.

The winners of this year’s awards for outstanding performance, sales and support were:

U.S./Canada Salesperson of the Year: Dan Hilgendorf

Hilgendorf has been with the company for over 10 years and uses this experience to help his peers. He is considered a leader on the sales team and an expert on several products, including X-Drives.

U.S./Canada Field Service Engineer of the Year: Eric Aleksich

After over 10 years as an assembler and quality technician for Pioneer Pump, Aleksich transitioned into the field service engineer role in 2022. The move was seamless, and his customers began to count on him for his technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.

U.S./Canada Team of the Year: Industrial distribution

The 20-person industrial distribution team surpassed expectations by adding several new customers in 2023. The team also grew offerings of Pioneer Pump packages, kept critical inventory in stock and maintained the best lead times in the industry.
