Hayward Appoints Senior Vice President, Chief Global Operations Officer
Hayward Holdings, Inc., a global designer, manufacturer and marketer of pool equipment and technology, announced the appointment of Eric Sejourne as senior vice president and chief global operations officer, effective April 15.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in global operations, lean manufacturing and supply chain management as well as his master’s degree in manufacturing systems engineering and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University and his second master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Throughout his career, Sejourne has worked at Assa Abloy, serving as chief operations officer of the Americas division; Watts Water Technology as vice president; and Ingersoll-Rand, where he started his career in the manufacturing management training program and eventually rose through the ranks to general manager of operations for the Northeast.
