Heritage Pool Supply Group Acquires Nucci Brothers Pool Supplies
Heritage Pool Supply Group announced its acquisition of Nucci Brothers Pool Supplies, a wholesale distributor of pool and spa products. The transaction closed Aug. 9, and terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Islandia, New York, Nucci Brothers was founded in 1946 and is run today by co-owner and vice president Rob DeMeo, who will continue to lead Nucci’s team. The company also operates a second location in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
