Heritage Pool Supply Group Announces Acquisition of Recreonics, Inc.

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. announced it has acquired Recreonics, Inc., a leading national distributor of equipment and supplies with a focus on institutional and commercial swimming pool facilities. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, Recreonics was founded in 1965 by Frank Jones, Jr. and is run today by Michael Garland, who will continue to lead the company’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees. Garland will also be promoted to vice president of commercial for Heritage as the company builds out the industry’s leading commercial platform under the Recreonics brand banner.
