Heritage Pool Supply Integrates with Pool Brain Software

Pool Brain announced a new integration with Heritage Pool Supply, allowing pool companies to streamline pricing updates and automate product cost adjustments. With this integration, product costs in Pool Brain will automatically update whenever prices change with Heritage Pool Supply. The system will adjust prices based on the user’s preset markup, ensuring the correct profit margin is charged without manual input.

Users can easily activate the integration by entering their Heritage account ID and API key in the Supplier Integrations section of Pool Brain settings.

Additional enhancements include the ability for technicians to edit job details and send job emails directly from the app, new technician permissions and the option to enter negative amounts for products and services.
