Lance Martin appointed SPS PoolCare COO

U.S.-based swimming pool service company SPS PoolCare have selected Lance Martin to serve as the company’s new chief operating officer.

Marin led domestic operations – both commercial and residential – for pest treatment service company Terminix, where he oversaw a team of more than 8,500 staff members across the U.S. and reported directly to the company’s CEO. In the 30 years he spent working with the company Martin took on a management trainee role, and held several leadership positions, before finally being named senior vice president of field operations.
