Sam Folaron entered the pool industry at just 12 years old, working for a small service and retail company. After nine summers, she moved into the distribution side of the business where she spent 11 years rising through the ranks from customer service to zone manager. Through distribution, Folaron found a love for customer-focused operations. After becoming a mother, she took on a regional sales management position in manufacturing where she focuses on sales and leadership. In late 2022, Folaron became part owner of Puravida Custom Pools, a builder of custom vinyl, fiberglass and gunite pools. She also sits on the board for the Metro Chapter of the Northeast Spa and Pool Association where she heads up various committees and educational events.

John Richardson is the owner of Logan’s Pool Service, a family-owned company based in Gunter, Texas, that specializes in pool maintenance, repairs and remodels. In the four years since taking over Logan’s Pool Service, Richardson and his team have grown the company to be one of the best in Dallas-Fort Worth. Richardson found success in the restaurant industry but followed his desire to spend more time with his family and went into the pool business with his father-in-law, from whom he bought the company. He loves the challenge of the pool business along with its family-friendly schedule. Since joining the industry, Richardson has proven himself knowledgeable and professional and has joined the ranks of some of the most seasoned and experienced pool professionals in Texas.

Ryan Marsh is the president of Siteworx Outdoors, a design/build firm based in Tampa, Florida. A seasoned professional in the pool and spa industry, Marsh has developed a passion for creating beautiful backyards and living spaces that enhance the quality of life for his clients. He leads a team of designers, craftsmen and customer service professionals who share his vision of delivering modern design, superior craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Marsh strives to create watershapes and backyards that are not only visually stunning but also durable, functional and sustainable, finding that perfect balance of beauty and utility.

Donny Rocovits lucked into the pool business at 16. A family friend who moved in across the street offered him a summer job pulling pool lights, installing heaters and picking up trash to speed up his pool jobs. A few years later, Rocovits landed his first job at Island Breeze Pool and Spa in Escondido, California, where he excelled in selling and installing equipment. In 2019, he moved to Precision Aquatics to take on a manager role. Rocovits and his team at Precision Aquatics are constantly trying to step up their game and improve their skills. He enjoys installing new types of equipment and working with new manufacturers to see what the future can bring for the pool industry.
