PHTA Welcomes Second Round of Comments on PHTA/ICC-4 Standard Revisions

The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance is inviting a second round of public review and comments on revisions to the ANSI/APSP/ICC-4 2012 (R2022) American National Standard for Aboveground/Onground Residential Swimming Pools. The standard in development will be the PHTA/ICC-4 Standard for Aboveground/Onground Residential Swimming Pools. 

This second round is a 30-day public review, and comments are limited to the revisions printed in the Sept. 27, 2024, edition of the ANSI newsletter, Standards Action. These revisions are also available for review on the PHTA website.

This standard applies to manufacturers and producers of aboveground/onground residential swimming pools, as well as consumers who use this type of pool.

All public review comments on the PHTA/ICC-4 Standard are due Oct. 27.
