Pool & Hot Tub Alliance Recognizes National Apprenticeship Week
The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance is celebrating National Apprenticeship Week from Nov. 17 to 23. During this week, PHTA will promote its two Registered Apprenticeship Programs.

Muchas industrias comerciales tienen programas de aprendizaje, pero hasta hace unos años, la industria de las piscinas no era una de ellas. Eso cambió en 2020, cuando se aprobó el programa del Comité de Aprendizaje y Capacitación en Piscinas y Spas (Pool & Spa Apprenticeship and Training Committee program, PSATC), seguido por los programas de la Alianza de Piscinas y Spas (Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, PHTA).
Apprentice to Master
Many trade industries have apprenticeship programs, but until a few years ago, the pool industry wasn’t one of them. That changed in 2020 when the Pool & Spa Apprenticeship and Training Committee’s program was approved, followed by programs from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance.
Pool & Hot Tub Alliance Reaches Milestone in Workforce Development Program
The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance celebrated a significant milestone in its workforce development program, the Pool Professionals Pipeline, within the first year.
