The Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SRS Distribution Inc., a leading residential specialty trade distribution company across several verticals serving the professional roofer, landscaper and pool contractor. SRS Distribution is the parent organization of Heritage Pool Supply Group.
